Als Scrum Master / Agile Coach ben je veel meer dan een procesbewaker; je bent de vliegwiel achter een compleet nieuwe manier van software bouwen. Jouw focus ligt op het optimaliseren van de interactie tussen mens en machine binnen een agile framework.

  • Faciliteren & Coachen: Begeleiden van cross-functionele teams (developers, data scientists en product owners) bij hun dagelijkse scrum-events en scherpt de agile mindset aan.
  • Agentic Workflow Transformatie: Je helpt teams bij de transitie naar Agentic Software Development. Je coacht hen in hoe autonome AI-agents efficiënt geïntegreerd kunnen worden in de dagelijkse development lifecycle.
  • Roadblocks Wegnemen: Je detecteert proactief knelpunten in de samenwerking of de tooling, en zorgt voor een feilloze, performante oplevering.
  • Methodologie Vormgeven: Optimalisatie van agile frameworks zodat ze perfect aansluiten bij de snelheid en dynamiek van AI-gedreven projecten.

We zoeken een facilitator met een sterke ruggengraat in agile, gecombineerd met een gezonde fascinatie voor de nieuwste AI-technologieën.

  • Ervaring: Je hebt een bewezen track record als Scrum Master of Agile Coach binnen een complexe software-omgeving
  • AI-Affiniteit (Must-have): Je hoeft zelf geen AI-modellen te programmeren, maar je begrijpt wél de architectuur en de impact van Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs) en AI-agents op het development-proces.
  • Mindset: Je bent analytisch sterk, durft kritische vragen te stellen en bezit de nodige change management skills om teams mee te nemen in een innovatief verhaal.
  • Communicatie: Je bent een geboren bruggenbouwer en communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en het Engels.
