Je combineert procesbewaking met coaching, en houdt bij grotere trajecten het overzicht. Wat je gaat doen Scrum dat echt begrepen wordt . Je zorgt dat Scrum niet alleen wordt gevolgd, maar begrepen en effectief toegepast. Je hebt oog voor teamdynamiek, prestaties én werkgeluk. - Twee teams begeleiden , je faciliteert alle ceremonies: daily, refinement, planning, review en retrospective. - Impediments wegnemen , je bewaakt de voortgang en grijpt in wanneer opleveringen risico lopen. - Projectmanagement , bij grotere trajecten houd je het overzicht en de opvolging. - Transparantie , je maakt afhankelijkheden zichtbaar en houdt de focus op klantwaarde. - Coaching en welzijn , je stimuleert samenwerking, bemiddelt bij conflicten en coacht op persoonlijke en professionele ontwikkeling. - Samen met HR , ontwikkelgesprekken, opleidingsbehoeften, performancetrajecten, kalibraties en salarisgesprekken. - Capaciteit , resourceplanning voor sprints en projecten, afstemming met klantbehoeften, en bijsturen bij ziekte of krapte.
