Dein Umfeld: Service Now Product Teams

Die ServiceNow Product Teams sind im Rahmen eines Agile Release Trains zusammengesfasst. Ihr Ziel ist es ServiceNow als ganzheitliche Digitalisierungsplattform innerhalb der ÖBB zu etablieren um dadurch den Automatisierungs- & Standardisierungsgrad zu erhöhen.

Dein Job, du...

* vermittelst im Team Wissen zu agilen Methoden (Scrum, Kanban etc.), Praktiken (Lean, WIP-Limits etc.) & Werten (Respekt, Offenheit etc.) und sorgst so für die Verbreitung und Etablierung eines agilen Mindsets. * arbeitest mit Teammitgliedern daran, durch agile Methoden die Effizienz und Produktivität im Team zu steigern und unterstützt Product Teams und/oder einzelne Teammitglieder in der Optimierung ihrer Zusammenarbeit und ihrer Kommunikation. * erzeugst wertvolle Einblicke im Hinblick auf Effizienz und Fortschritt des Teams durch Messung relevanter Metriken (Durchsatz, Zykluszeit, Flow Efficiency) sowie DevOps-typischer Flow- und Betriebskennzahlen (z. B. Deployment-Frequenz, Lead Time, Mean Time to Recovery) und leitest daraus Verbesserungsmaßnahmen ab. * unterstützt Product Teams und/oder einzelne Teammitglieder durch Spiegeln und Reflektieren von beobachtetem Verhalten. * moderierst und challengst gemeinsam mit dem Team Fragen der technischen Zusammenarbeit - etwa Code-Review-Kultur, eine gemeinsame Definition of Done inklusive Betriebsfähigkeit ("you build it, you run it"), das Zusammenspiel zwischen Entwicklung, Betrieb und Kundenprojekten sowie den sinnvollen Einsatz von Automatisierung und KI-gestützten Tools im Entwicklungs- und Betriebsalltag. * förderst eine gelebte DevOps- und Ownership-Kultur - geteilte Betriebsverantwortung, blame-freie Fehlerkultur, End-to-End-Denken über Team- und Rollengrenzen hinweg, und regst das Team aktiv an, Automatisierungs- und KI-Potenziale im Arbeitsalltag zu nutzen. * planst und leitest selbstständig Zeremonien, Workshops, Trainings oder Präsentationen zur Vermittlung von agilen Werten sowie Arbeitsweisen und hilfst mit, eine "Scrum Master/Team Coach Crew" als Wissens-Community in den ÖBB aufzubauen und zu verankern.

Dein Profil, du...

* bringst einen Hochschulabschluss oder dementsprechende vergleichbare Berufserfahrung mit. * verfügst bereits über mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer relevanten agilen Rolle wie Team Coach, Scrum Master oder Flow Manager etc. und hast idealerweise bereits Praxiserfahrung mit SAFe gesammelt. * hast eine Zertifizierung als Scrum Master, Scrum Coach, Flow Manager oder Team Coach o. Ä. erworben - ergänzende, relevante Ausbildungen sind ein Plus und nachweisliche Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden (Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking etc.) und Tools (Miro, Mural, Atlassian Suite etc.). * bringst ein solides Grundverständnis von DevOps-Praktiken, Cloud-Infrastruktur und Automatisierung mit (z. B. Azure, CI/CD, Automatisierung, KI-gestützte Entwicklungs- und Betriebswerkzeuge) - genug, um mit einem technisch versierten Team auf Augenhöhe zu diskutieren; eigene Hands-on-Entwicklungserfahrung ist kein Muss, aber ein Plus. * interessierst dich für Software-Qualitätsthemen wie Code Reviews, Testautomatisierung oder Definition of Done und bringst idealerweise Erfahrung aus Teams mit Plattform-, Infrastruktur- oder Cloud-Ops-Fokus mit. * hast einen strukturierten Arbeitsstil und bist selbstständiges, eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten gewohnt und bringst sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mit.
