E: [email protected] Scrummaster Wie zijn wij? Team statustoekenning werkt aan nieuwbouw van de bekostigingssystemen voor scholen. Het team heeft de systemen voor VO (VOST) en VAVO (VAVOST) en PO (POST) vernieuwd en live gezet en dit jaar is gestart met de nieuwbouw voor het systeem voor MBO (MBOST). MBOST is een nieuwe applicatie waar we gebruik kunnen maken van de nieuwste methoden en technieken. Denk hierbij aan OSV7, Spring boot 3, Open API, Sping Security, Openshift en de Shared pipeline libraries. Als bouwer heb je hier mooie kansen om met nieuwe zaken aan de slag te gaan. Beschrijving omgeving De Scrum Master is verantwoordelijk voor het uitdragen en het op correcte wijze uitvoeren van de scrum-aanpak (theorie en praktijk), zoals staat beschreven in de Scrum Gids. Scrum Masters doen dit door het team inclusief de Product owner te helpen om Scrum theorie en praktijk te begrijpen middels coaching en facilitering, zowel binnen het Scrum Team als binnen de organisatie en is daarvoor het eerste aanspreekpunt. De Scrum Master is samen met de Product Owner en teammanagers verantwoordelijk voor de effectiviteit van het team. Scrum Masters doen dit door het Team in staat te stellen zijn werkwijzen te verbeteren binnen het Scrum raamwerk, eventuele belemmeringen weg te nemen en is daarmee gericht op het creëren van maximale waarde voor het team. De Scrum master ondersteunt veranderingsinitiatieven binnen de organisatie en helpt barrières voor Agile adoptie te overwinnen. Hoe de Scrum Master deze verantwoordelijkheid vorm geeft zal verschillen per team en de afspraken die er binnen het team over gemaakt worden. Deze verantwoordelijkheid is onafhankelijk van de werkwijze in het team: Scrum, Kanban of Scrumban. Het focusgebied van de functie Scrum Master is één of meerdere teams binnen tactische afdeling.
