Opdrachtomschrijving Voor DUO Groningen zijn wij op zoek naar een Scrum Master voor 36 uur per week Voor een van de teams binnen ICT services zijn wij op zoek naar een (ervaren) scrummaster. Het team zelf is drie maanden geleden opgesplitst in twee kleinere seperate teams. De grootste uitdaging binnen het team ligt in het in goede banen leiden van ongepland, gepland en projectmatig werk voor een op dit moment brede diensten catalogus. De regie pakken, besluiten nemen en hierover zowel binnen het team als binnen de organisatie communiceren is onderdeel van je rol. Onze agile manier van werken is nog volop in ontwikkeling, de basis staat er maar we willen graag de volgende stap maken. Kortom, er is volop ruimte om hier als scrummaster op basis van eigen kennis en kunde verder invulling aan te geven. Reguliere werkzaamheden scrummaster: Ondersteunen en faciliteren van de product owner Ondersteunen en faciliteren van het team Verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren en faciliteren van de scrumevents Ondersteunen bij incidenten waarbij het team betrokken is Inwerken nieuwe medewerkers De meeste mensen kennen ons van de studiefinanciering. Maar wist je ook dat DUO in Noord-Nederland dé topspeler is als het gaat om ICT? Wij ontwikkelen en beheren honderden applicaties voor miljoenen gebruikers en daar zitten geavanceerde en complexe infrastructuren achter.
