Groeipad Hoe jouw groeipad er precies uitziet, hangt ook af van wat jij zelf graag wil, maar wij denken dat je in elk geval: - Zorgt voor positieve, productieve en efficiënte teamactiviteiten door coaching, facilitatie en sturing af te stemmen op de behoeften van het team en de context. Laat de stijl meegroeien met de mate van zelforganisatie en stem regelmatig af wat er speelt en nodig is. - Werkt in wisselende scrumteams met diverse collega's en rollen en werkt daarbij nauw samen met Product Owner(s). Ondersteunt bij het scherp formuleren van doelen, het beheren van de backlog, het iteratief plannen en de samenwerking met stakeholders. - Draagt op Value Stream-niveau bij aan een goede flow door samen met andere Scrummasters belemmeringen weg te nemen en continu verbeteringen door te voeren. - Faciliteert de juiste toepassing van Agile en SAFe en ondersteunt zowel teams als individuen in werkwijze en kwaliteit. Houdt collega's scherp, gemotiveerd en geïnspireerd in hun dagelijks werk. Dit zijn je teams Als Scrummaster werk je binnen de ART Nieuw Schade van De Goudse samen met verschillende Agile teams. Deze teams verschillen in samenstelling, focus en volwassenheid, waardoor je te maken krijgt met uiteenlopende dynamieken en vraagstukken. Zo kun je worden ingezet bij het Conversieteam, een multidisciplinair team dat werkt aan alle aspecten van de conversie.
