The posting

  • Vous accueillez les patients, vous répondez à leurs questions et transmettez les éventuels messages ou informations aux médecins concernés
  • Vous traitez les appels téléphoniques
  • Vous gérez l'agenda des médecins (consultations, hospitalisations, gardes, ...), leur courrier entrant et sortant ainsi que la facturation
  • Vous gérez des rendez-vous pour les patients
  • Vous êtes le point de contact entre les patients et les médecins
  • Vous participez à l'organisation du service
  • Vous restez à jour sur les nouvelles procédures internes et veillez à la mise en application de celles-ci
  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de Secrétariat médical OU justifiez d'une expérience équivalente probante.
  • La terminologie médicale n'a pas de secret pour vous
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques courants tels que Suite Office ; La connaissance des logiciels Omnipro et Ultragenda est un plus
  • Vous êtes résistant au stress et flexible
  • Le bien-être du patient est votre priorité
  • Vous avez le sens de l'organisation et êtes orienté solutions
  • Vous êtes capable de travailler en équipe de manière autonome et cordiale
  • Vous avez de fortes capacités de communication écrite et orale
  • Vous êtes dynamique avec un esprit positif
  • Vous êtes bilingue FR/NL. Une bonne connaissance de l'Anglais est un réel atout

Nous vous offrons un contrat à durée déterminée de 4 mois à temps partiel (60%) dans un hôpital moderne et de qualité. Outre une rémunération barémique (IFIC 11 ou 12, déterminée selon l'expérience) garantissant une évolution salariale annuelle, une prime de fin d'année, ainsi qu'une sécurité de l'emploi au sein d'un hôpital qui place le patient et son personnel au centre de ses préoccupations, nous vous offrons :
