Secretaresse Sectormanagement Dit wordt je nieuwe baan Als secretaresse ben je de steun en toeverlaat van de sector - en afdelingsmanagers en zie je het als een uitdaging om structuur en rust aan te brengen in de dagelijkse hectiek. Je signaleert en coördineert activiteiten ter voorbereiding op of die voortvloeien uit besprekingen, vergaderingen en projecten en bewaakt de afhandeling hiervan. Je werkt nauw samen met twee collega-secretaresses en vervangt elkaar bij afwezigheid. Continuïteit van secretariële ondersteuning wordt hiermee geborgd. De focus binnen de functie ligt op: - Het beheren van de complexe agenda's; - Het binnen de kaders bewaken en afhandelen van email van de managers; - Het afhandelen van telefoongesprekken met interne en externe contacten; - De secretariële- en managementondersteuning in algemene zin alsook bij projecten, programma's, beleidsvorming/plannen; - Het invoeren en bewerken van diverse administratieve gegevens alsook het onderhouden van het (digitaal) archief; - Het plannen, notuleren en bewaken vervolgacties van vergaderingen. Je ondersteunt daarnaast het operationeel crisisteam tijdens crisisdienst. Dit houdt in dat je één keer in de 6-8 weken een week standby staat op werkdagen tussen 16.30 en 8.00 uur en in de weekenden ter ondersteuning van het crisisteam. Hiervoor ontvang je een vergoeding conform cao. De werkdagen worden in overleg afgestemd en kunnen op vaste dagen worden ingepland. Beschikbaarheid op woensdag en/of vrijdag heeft onze voorkeur. Daarnaast vragen we enige flexibiliteit om incidenteel, bijvoorbeeld tijdens vakanties van collega's, om op andere dagen te werken. De afdeling en je collega's Het Sectormanagement Zorg bestaat uit de acht managers verantwoordelijk voor diverse zorg - en ondersteunende afdelingen. Zij zijn verantwoordelijk voor het formuleren en realiseren van de doelstellingen van hun portefeuille binnen VieCuri en werken daarin intensief samen. Het sectormanage...
