VACATURE JURIDISCH SECRETARESSE (24 uur) Wij zijn BENK! Een advocatenkantoor in Groningen met betrokken medewerkers die gedreven zijn om ondernemers deskundig te ondersteunen op o.a. de rechtsgebieden ondernemingsrecht, arbeidsrecht, huurrecht en insolventierecht. Betrokkenheid, betrouwbaarheid en een fijne werksfeer staan bij ons voorop. We werken hard, maar zorgen ook voor een goede balans tussen werk en privé. Wij zoeken: Wij zoeken een enthousiaste, proactieve, (ervaren) juridisch secretaresse met MBO of HBO werk- en denkniveau die onze advocaten ondersteunt, voor 24 uur per week. Ben jij iemand die graag samenwerkt in een leuk team, van aanpakken weet, dienstverlenend is, oog voor detail heeft, digitaal vaardig is en de Nederlandse taal uitstekend beheerst? Dan pas jij goed in ons team! Jouw belangrijkste taak is het ontzorgen en ondersteunen van de advocaten. Wat ga je doen? • mailboxen van de advocaten beheren; • plannen en organiseren van afspraken; • opstellen van e-mails, brieven en eenvoudige verzoekschriften in het Nederlands; • dossiers aanmaken en archiveren; • termijnen bewaken; • ingesproken dictaten controleren; • stukken gereedmaken en controleren; • overzicht houden in de praktijk van de advocaten; Wat bieden wij jou: Een baan met fijne collega's, waar elke dag weer anders is. Wij bieden een salaris tussen €2.831,00 en €3.649,00 bruto per maand (afhankelijk van jouw ervaring), reiskostenvergoeding, pensioenregeling, 30 verlofdagen op jaarbasis, leuke personeelsuitjes, maandelijks gezamenlijke kantoorlunches en persoonlijke ontwikkeling door middel van het volgen van cursussen of opleidingen.
