Wie ben jij Is dit jouw ideale werkplek?

- Je hebt mbo+ werk- en denkniveau met ervaring in een secretariële of administratieve rol. - Je bent representatief, communicatief sterk en proactief ingesteld. - Je vindt het leuk om samen met een vaste sparringpartner (duobaan) het secretariaat te runnen. - Je zoekt een afwisselende functie voor 24 tot 32 uur per week.

Wat ga je doen Samen met je collega ben jij hét visitekaartje van het bedrijf en het aanspreekpunt op kantoor. Geen dag is hetzelfde:

- Bezoekers gastvrij ontvangen en de telefoon professioneel afhandelen. - Beheren van de algemene mailbox en opvolgen van berichten. - Agendabeheer voor de directeur en overige MT-leden. - Versturen en opstellen van serviceoffertes en diverse administratieve taken. - Afspraken bewaken en zorgen dat alles op kantoor gestroomlijnd verlopt.
