Zoek jij een vaste parttime baan waarin je een betekenisvolle bijdrage levert aan de (jeugd)gezondheidszorg en waarin je grotendeels zelf de regie hebt over je werk?

Voor een landelijke organisatie in Utrecht zoeken we een resultaatgerichte secretaresse die zelfstandig werkt, overzicht houdt en energie krijgt van een brede, betekenisvolle rol.

Het betreft een vaste parttime baan en de mogelijkheid bestaat om op korte termijn al te starten. Heb je een opzegtermijn en ben jij dé kandidaat? Dan wachten ze graag op jou!

Wat ga je doen? Je ondersteunt het bestuur en het bedrijfsbureau en bent een belangrijke schakel in de organisatie. In deze veelzijdige functie werk je nauw met elkaar samen en ben jij met name verantwoordelijk voor:

- Voorbereiden en notuleren van bestuurs- en ledenvergaderingen - Acties opvolgen en vraagstukken intern uitzetten - Ondersteunen bij bijeenkomsten en opleidingen - Coördineren van communicatie via website en nieuwsbrief - Meedenken over processen en professionalisering

Je werkt grotendeels hybride. Het team komt in ieder geval één dag per week samen op kantoor in Utrecht (Papendorp) en de overige uren plan je in overleg grotendeels zelf. Die flexibiliteit werkt twee kanten op: daar staat tegenover dat er af en toe een online vergadering aan het begin van de avond plaatsvindt.

Wat bieden wij? - Een vaste parttime baan (start met jaarcontract, 20-24 uur p/w) - Salaris volgens schaal 8 cao Gemeenten: €3.246 – €4.556 (36 uur) - 180 uur vakantie, 8% vakantiegeld, eindejaarsuitkering van 2,5% - Reiskostenvergoeding tot 25 km enkele reis - Flexibele werktijden (soms ook begin van de avond bij online meetings)

Waar ga je werken? Je komt te werken binnen een klein, professioneel team dat zich inzet voor (jeugd)gezondheidszorg. Het team bestaat uit o.a. een secretaris, hoofd bedrijfsbureau, beleidsmedewerker en communicatiemedewerker. Samenwerking gebeurt grotendeels online met één gezamenlijke kantoordag per week.
