Secretaresse Centrum voor Thuisbeademing Maastricht 5 oktober 2026 Maastricht UMC+ MBO limburg, Maastricht, Zuid Limburg Wat ga je doen? Als secretariaatsmedewerker ondersteun je de afdeling bij uiteenlopende planmatige en organisatorische werkzaamheden rondom de patiëntenzorg en de bedrijfsvoering. Je hebt een veelzijdige functie waarin je veel schakelt tussen verschillende werkzaamheden, collega's en externe contacten. Een belangrijk onderdeel van je werk is het plannen en wijzigen van patiëntafspraken in Epic, het zorginformatiesysteem van het MUMC+. Het MUMC+ zet volop in op verdere digitalisering van de zorg. Jij helpt patiënten waar nodig bij het gebruik van digitale toepassingen en nieuwe systemen en draagt zo bij aan een goede en toegankelijke zorgverlening. Daarnaast: - ben je een belangrijk eerste aanspreekpunt voor patiënten die bellen met vragen over hun behandeling, disposables of apparatuur. Je zorgt ervoor dat de vraag bij de juiste zorgprofessional terechtkomt en dat de patiënt verder wordt geholpen; - ondersteun je het medisch team en het hoofd Bedrijfsvoering bij uiteenlopende organisatorische en administratieve werkzaamheden; - verzorg je de organisatorische ondersteuning van interne vergaderingen en bijeenkomsten, zoals bv. het notuleren van vergaderingen; - draag je bij aan procesverbetering en nieuwe ontwikkelingen binnen de afdeling. Je kunt hierbij bijvoorbeeld deelnemen aan projecten en vanuit jouw functie aansluiten bij het patiëntenpanel of het Green Team; - ondersteun je de opleidingsactiviteiten van het CTbM in de regio Zuid- en Oost-Nederland. Een belangrijk onderdeel hiervan is het functioneel beheer van het landelijke Learning Management System (LMS), waarbij je veel contact hebt met externe zorgverleners. Door de diversiteit aan werkzaamheden is geen dag hetzelfde. Je houdt overzicht, stelt prioriteiten en weet op een prettige en professionele manier te schakelen tussen patiënten, zorgprofes...
