Een veelzijdige secretariële rol waarin organiseren, samenwerken en ontzorgen samenkomen

Voor Common Eye, een organisatieadviesbureau in Bilthoven, zoeken wij een, parttime, ervaren Secretaresse voor 24 tot 32 uur per week. Een mooie functie voor een organisatorisch sterke professional die graag vooruitdenkt, overzicht houdt en adviseurs optimaal ondersteunt.

Samen met twee collega-secretaresses ondersteun je de adviseurs en hun opdrachten. Je werkt in een ambitieus en gedreven team waar veel gebeurt, de lijnen kort zijn en geen dag hetzelfde is. Binnen het secretariaat worden werkzaamheden bovendien verdeeld op basis van interesse en talent, waardoor je ruimte krijgt om jouw rol verder uit te bouwen. Wat ga je doen?

Als Secretaresse zorg jij ervoor dat de adviseurs zich volledig kunnen richten op hun klanten en opdrachten. Je denkt vooruit, organiseert en zorgt dat alles achter de schermen goed geregeld is.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

• Beheren van complexe agenda's van de adviseurs; • Ondersteunen bij verschillende adviesopdrachten; • Plannen en coördineren van interviews, gesprekken en sessies; • Redigeren en verzorgen van offertes en andere documenten; • Plannen, voorbereiden en organiseren van interne en externe bijeenkomsten; • Verzorgen en bewaken van sessie- en kantoormaterialen; • Oppakken van algemene en organisatiebrede secretariële werkzaamheden; • Fungeren als vraagbaak voor praktische en organisatorische zaken op kantoor.

Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's, maar krijgt ook veel eigen verantwoordelijkheid. Je ziet wat er nodig is, pakt zaken zelfstandig op en zorgt ervoor dat adviseurs en opdrachten organisatorisch soepel blijven verlopen. Wat maakt deze rol bijzonder?
