Waar ben je naar op zoek? Contact Secretaresse Image Path - Secretaresse Werken bij Huybregts Relou betekent: Houd jij onze afdelingen georganiseerd en op koers? Als secretaresse ondersteun je de afdelingen Planontwikkeling, Calculatie en Groot Onderhoud. Je zorgt dat afspraken, documenten, overleggen en praktische zaken goed geregeld zijn en ondersteunt de teams onder andere bij tenders. Je werkt voor verschillende collega's en schakelt daardoor regelmatig tussen werkzaamheden en prioriteiten. Ook ondersteun je de directeur Planontwikkeling & Inkoop en het hoofd Planontwikkeling Groot Onderhoud. Een afwisselende functie voor 24 of 28 uur per week waarin jouw organisatietalent goed van pas komt. Wat ga je doen? Je zorgt voor de dagelijkse secretariële en organisatorische ondersteuning van de drie afdelingen. Daarbij houd je overzicht, bewaak je afspraken en zorg je dat collega's beschikken over de juiste informatie. In deze rol draait het vooral om: - Beheren van mailboxen, agenda's, afspraken en planningen; - Voorbereiden van overleggen, notuleren en bewaken van acties; - Verzorgen van correspondentie, documenten, verslagen en rapportages; - Ondersteunen bij tenders en de bijbehorende organisatie; - Beheren van dossiers, archieven en databestanden, waaronder het CRM-systeem; - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en externe contacten; - Organiseren van bijeenkomsten, evenementen en vergaderlocaties; Ben jij geboren om te bouwen?
