Je ondersteunt verschillende managers en collega's en hebt daardoor veel contact binnen de organisatie. Dat maakt je werk afwisselend en vraagt dat je makkelijk schakelt tussen verschillende vragen en prioriteiten. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Je beheert de mailbox en zet informatieverzoeken vanuit het gebied door naar de juiste collega. - Je houdt de afhandeling van informatieverzoeken in de gaten. - Je beheert complexe agenda's van de afdelingsmanager, teammanagers en collega's. - Je plant interne en externe afspraken voor medewerkers. - Je maakt verslagen en handelt correspondentie af. - Je organiseert jubilea, afscheidsmomenten en andere bijeenkomsten. - Je pakt verschillende administratieve werkzaamheden op. Je werkt 20 tot 24 uur per week, bij voorkeur op maandag, woensdag en vrijdag. Thuiswerken is mogelijk. Je start op 1 oktober 2026 en werkt tot en met juni 2027, er is geen kans op een verlening. Functie eisen Jij krijgt er energie van als alles goed geregeld is. Ook wanneer meerdere afspraken, vragen en verzoeken tegelijk binnenkomen, houd jij het overzicht. Verandert er iets in de planning? Dan schakel je makkelijk en zoek je naar een oplossing. Je communiceert duidelijk, werkt nauwkeurig en pakt werkzaamheden zelfstandig op. Tegelijk werk je graag samen met collega's. Wat neem je mee? - Mbo 4 werk- en denkniveau. - Bij voorkeur enige ervaring met secretariële of administratieve werkzaamheden. - Bij voorkeur kennis van Office 365. - Kennis van AI voor secretariële werkzaamheden is mooi meegenomen.
