Een veelzijdige secretariële functie binnen de vastgoedwereld, waarin organiseren, ondersteunen en overzicht houden centraal staan. Vanuit het centrum van Utrecht ondersteun je een professioneel team van bedrijfsmakelaars bij de dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Je beheert afspraken, verzorgt correspondentie, houdt dossiers op orde en hebt contact met klanten, relaties en collega's.

In deze rol, voor 32 tot 40 uur per week, krijg je veel verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte om zelfstandig te werken. Je bent betrokken bij verschillende werkzaamheden en weet wat er speelt binnen de lopende trajecten. Een goede secretariële of administratieve basis is belangrijker dan ervaring binnen de vastgoedbranche. De specifieke kennis van de makelaardij leer je in de praktijk. De functie

Als Secretaresse zorg je ervoor dat de dagelijkse ondersteuning van de bedrijfsmakelaars goed georganiseerd is. Je neemt werkzaamheden uit handen, bewaakt afspraken en termijnen en zorgt ervoor dat documenten, informatie en dossiers op orde zijn. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

• beheren en organiseren van agenda's en afspraken; • plannen en voorbereiden van afspraken en bezichtigingen; • verzorgen van telefonisch en schriftelijk contact met klanten en relaties; • opstellen en verwerken van correspondentie en documenten; • bijhouden, ordenen en compleet houden van dossiers; • verwerken en controleren van gegevens in verschillende systemen; • bewaken van afspraken, acties en deadlines; • verzamelen en opvragen van benodigde informatie; • ondersteunen bij uiteenlopende werkzaamheden van de makelaars; • oppakken van verschillende secretariële en organisatorische zaken.

Je houdt goed in de gaten wat er moet gebeuren en zorgt dat werkzaamheden tijdig worden opgepakt. Daarbij werk je zelfstandig, maar zoek je gemakkelijk de samenwerking met collega's wanneer dat nodig is. Een functie waarin je écht ontzorgt
