Als secretaresse van de oncologiecommissie speel je een belangrijke rol in de organisatie en samenwerking binnen ons ziekenhuis. Waar ga je werken? De oncologiecommissie is een ziekenhuisbrede, multidisciplinaire commissie die zich inzet voor de kwaliteit en verdere ontwikkeling van de oncologische zorg. Je hebt in deze rol veel contact met verschillende collega's binnen het ziekenhuis en helpt mee om de samenwerking en communicatie rondom de oncologische zorg goed te laten verlopen. Het secretariaat oncologie bestaat uit drie secretaresses. Vanwege het vertrek van een collega zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste, proactieve en flexibele collega die ons team komt versterken. Binnen ons team vinden we collegialiteit en flexibiliteit belangrijk. We werken nauw samen en vinden het prettig als je actief meedenkt en bijdraagt aan een goede en professionele ondersteuning van de oncologische zorg. Wat ga je doen? - Je organiseert en bereidt de wekelijkse en regionale oncologiebesprekingen voor en bewaakt de gemaakte afspraken; - Je organiseert vergaderingen van de oncologiecommissie en tumorwerkgroepen en maakt de notulen; - Je plant afspraken en vergaderingen en houdt de agenda en planning bij; - Je ondersteunt de medische coördinator en beleidsadviseur bij verschillende werkzaamheden; - Je hebt contact met verschillende collega's en zorgt ervoor dat informatie goed wordt gedeeld.
