Jij bent een belangrijke schakel binnen het team en zorgt ervoor dat afspraken, overleggen en administratieve processen goed voorbereid zijn. Daarnaast houd je je onder andere bezig met: - het plannen en organiseren van afspraken, vergaderingen en bijeenkomsten; - het beheren van agenda's en het afstemmen met collega's en opdrachtgevers; - het voorbereiden en verzamelen van vergaderstukken; - het ondersteunen bij het onboarden van nieuwe opdrachtgevers; - het actueel houden van relatie- en bestuursgegevens; - het werken met digitale vergaderplatformen zoals iBABS en OurMeeting. Je hebt ervaring in een ondersteunende, administratieve of secretariële functie. Ervaring binnen een bestuurlijke omgeving of met digitale vergaderplatformen is mooi meegenomen. Wat bieden wij?
