Jij en Laurentius Laurentius is een kleinschalig en overzichtelijk ziekenhuis waar korte lijnen en een fijne collegiale samenwerking centraal staan. Je krijgt de ruimte om autonoom te werken, jezelf te ontwikkelen en echt betrokken te zijn bij je vak, je collega's en de zorg. Verantwoordelijkheid, enthousiasme, zorgzaamheid en betrokkenheid staan voorop in ons dagelijks handelen. Samen willen we het iedere dag weer een beetje beter doen, voor jezelf, voor elkaar en voor de patiënt. Jij als secretaresse poli orthopedie Als secretaresse ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen de poli. Je zorgt dat afspraken goed worden geregeld, spreekuren zijn voorbereid en patiënten en collega's snel de juiste informatie krijgen. Je schakelt makkelijk tussen verschillende werkzaamheden en zorgt ervoor dat de poli soepel blijft draaien. Je houdt je bijvoorbeeld bezig met: • het beantwoorden van telefoontjes, e-mails en e-consulten; • administratieve en back-office werkzaamheden; • het voorbereiden en afhandelen van spreekuren; • het verwerken van gegevens in het elektronisch patiëntendossier (EPD); • het plannen en aanpassen van afspraken; • het ondersteunen van de poli bij de dagelijkse werkzaamheden; • later in je functie breid je je werkzaamheden uit met het voorbereiden en klaarleggen van medicatie en spuiten. Ook ga je patiënten korte informatie geven, bijvoorbeeld over een heup- of knieprothese. Met jouw inzet en organisatietalent zorg je ervoor dat alles achter de schermen goed geregeld is. Je...
