Als Bestuurssecretaresse ben je de rechterhand van de tweehoofdige Raad van Bestuur en de bestuurssecretaris. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles achter de schermen soepel verloopt en weet precies wat er nodig is om de bestuurders optimaal te ondersteunen. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen verschillende werkzaamheden, stelt de juiste prioriteiten en houdt ook in een hectische omgeving het overzicht. Je komt terecht in een hecht team waarin je nauw samenwerkt met twee collega's. De lijnen zijn kort, de samenwerking is prettig en er is ruimte voor humor.
