Voor onze opdrachtgever, een gerenommeerde organisatie in de project services sector, zoeken wij een enthousiaste en professionele Secretaresse voor de locatie in Den Haag. In deze veelzijdige rol word je een onmisbare schakel binnen het team en ondersteun je verschillende afdelingen met administratieve werkzaamheden en organisatorische taken.

Als Secretaresse ben je de spil van de organisatie en zorg je ervoor dat alle processen soepel verlopen. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's en bent medeverantwoordelijk voor het creëren van een professionele en gastvrije werkomgeving.

Wat ga je doen?

Administratieve ondersteuning bieden aan verschillende afdelingen

Inkopen coördineren en uitvoeren voor kantoorbenodigdheden en faciliteiten

CV's beoordelen en voorsorteren voor recruitment processen

Ondersteuning bieden aan collega secretaresse bij drukte en afwezigheid

Teamondersteuning waarbij je fungiert als aanspreekpunt voor interne en externe contacten

Algemene secretariële werkzaamheden zoals agenda's beheren, correspondentie verzorgen en documenten opstellen

Receptie taken en het ontvangen van bezoekers

Facilitaire zaken coördineren en monitoren

MBO/ HBO werk- en denkniveau

Beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift

Ervaring in een vergelijkbare secretariële functie

Proactieve houding en organisatorische vaardigheden

Excellent in multitasken en prioriteiten stellen

Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden

Ervaring met MS Office pakket

Discretie en integriteit in alle werkzaamheden

Flexibiliteit en collegialiteit
