Jouw functie

Als secretarieel medewerker word je het gezicht van de organisatie. Je verwelkomt bezoekers op beide vestigingen, zorgt voor een professionele eerste indruk en ondersteunt het team bij uiteenlopende administratieve vraagstukken. Daarnaast krijg je een bijzondere rol in de organisatie van netwerkevenementen en activiteiten gericht op zowel relaties als potentiële medewerkers.

Jouw werkzaamheden:

Fungeren als eerste contactpersoon voor bezoekers en het behandelen van telefonische vragen

Plannen en beheren van afspraken en agenda's voor het team

Coördineren en mede-organiseren van zakelijke bijeenkomsten en evenementen

Assisteren bij communicatie-uitingen en marketingprojecten om de zichtbaarheid te vergroten

Uitvoeren van diverse administratieve taken ter ondersteuning van de dagelijkse gang van zaken

Samenwerken met collega's om een prettige en gastvrije werksfeer te creëren

Wat zoeken we in jou?

MBO/ HBO werk en denkniveau

Relevante ervaring, idealiter in een zakelijke of professionele setting.

Vaardig in het gebruik van MS Office-toepassingen

Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

Accuraat, gestructureerd en in staat om zelfstandig prioriteiten te stellen

Flexibel ingesteld en bedreven in het schakelen tussen verschillende werkzaamheden

Proactieve, gastgerichte houding met oog voor detail

Affiniteit met evenementenorganisatie en communicatie is een sterk pluspunt

Werklocatie: Nijmegen en Dukenburg - Je werkt afwisselend op beide locaties, waarbij verwacht wordt dat je ongeveer 50% van de tijd in Nijmegen en 50% in Dukenburg aanwezig bent.
