De gecombineerde backoffice- en secretariaatswerkzaamheden maken ons secretariaat tot een dynamische werkomgeving. De ene dag sta je cliënten servicegericht telefonisch te woord, maak je afspraken en verwerk je interne berichten van behandelaren. De andere dag doe je divers administratief werk, zoals o.a. het verwerken van de mail voor alle vestigingen, het versturen van brieven en het afhandelen van informatieverzoeken. De telefoon wordt door alle secretaresses beantwoord. Zo komen alle facetten aan bod. Dit alles doe je vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in Woerden, welke goed bereikbaar is vanaf de A12 en het treinstation. Over de functie In deze afwisselende functie ga je werken voor het secretariaat van de PsyMens ZorgGroep en staat het contact met de cliënten en onze behandelaren centraal. Je vormt de essentiële schakel tussen beide, waarmee je een wezenlijke bijdrage levert aan het welzijn van onze cliënten. Voor onze cliënten ben jij vaak het eerste contact. Je vindt het net zo belangrijk als wij dat een cliënt zich welkom en gehoord voelt. Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt en de persoon die klaarstaat om telefonisch vragen te beantwoorden en houdt je bezig met alle administratieve aspecten van registratie. Het secuur invoeren, verwerken van relevante (persoons-) gegevens is een belangrijk onderdeel van de functie. Je zult o.a. aanmeldingen nabellen, aanmeldingen verwerken en zorgovereenkomsten verwerken. Voor onze behandelaren...
