Wat ga je doen? - Opstellen van agenda's en notuleren van bestuursvergaderingen en de Algemene Ledenvergadering (ALV). - Tijdig bijeenroepen van de ALV. - Verzorgen van de correspondentie van de vereniging (leden, KNVB, gemeente en andere partijen). - Fungeren als postadres en afhandelen van inkomende stukken. - Bewaken van actiepunten en besluiten. - Beheren van het verenigingsarchief (notariële akte/statuten, huishoudelijk reglement, contracten, erfpachtstukken). - Mutaties van bestuursleden tijdig doorgeven aan de Kamer van Koophandel. - (Mee)opstellen van het jaarverslag, in samenwerking met de penningmeester. - Bewaken van het rooster van aftreden. - Onderhouden van contacten met de KNVB en gemeentelijke instanties. - Zorg dragen voor de verenigingsnieuwsbrief / informatie vanuit het bestuur naar de leden. - Meedenken over het beleid en de toekomst van de club. Als secretaris maak je deel uit van het dagelijks bestuur en ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor de koers van de vereniging. Je bent vaak mede-tekenbevoegd samen met de voorzitter. Wat vragen wij? - Organisatietalent en een goede pen. - Accuraat, discreet en betrouwbaar. - Communicatief sterk (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk). - Affiniteit met voetbal en het verenigingsleven. - Bereidheid om gemiddeld 3-5 uur per week te investeren.
