Als Secretaris bij de Gemeente Eindhoven speel jij een sleutelrol in de stroomlijning van grootschalige stadsontwikkelingen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het structureren van vergadercycli, de opvolging van besluiten en de inhoudelijke afhandeling van informatiestromen rondom bepalende dossiers zoals de uitbreiding van BIC Noord. Met jouw overzicht, strakke planning en analytische blik zorg je dat het multidisciplinaire projectteam optimaal kan presteren. Wat worden jouw taken? - Zorgdragen voor een efficiënte voorbereiding, verslaglegging en opvolging van alle project- en stuurgroepoverleggen - Beheren en filteren van de centrale informatiestroom via de projectmailbox en bewaken van reactietermijnen - Coördineren en digitaal archiveren van formele projectdocumentatie en correspondentie - Bewaken van gemaakte afspraken en actiepunten ter ondersteuning van het projectmanagement - Actief optimaliseren van interne werkprocessen en secretariële procedures binnen de sector Over het bedrijf De stad Eindhoven staat voor een indrukwekkende groeispurt. De Gemeente Eindhoven leidt omvangrijke transformaties, zoals de bouw van duizenden woningen, de ontwikkeling van Knoop XL en de ruimtelijke inpassing van grote campuslocaties waaronder BIC Noord. Binnen de sector RPP kom je terecht in een gedreven omgeving waar experts op het gebied van techniek, omgevingsmanagement en contractbeheer samenwerken met externe partners om de regio Brainport toekomstbestendig te maken.
