Je bent in staat niet alleen Woo-dossiers inhoudelijk te behandelen, maar kijkt ook verder naar het totale proces bij een klant. Naast Woo-advisering werk je, in overleg en op basis van je eigen interesses, ook aan andere bestuursrechtelijke vraagstukken: dat houdt het werk gevarieerd. Zo had een collega die in januari bij ons begon, alleen ervaring met de Woo. Inmiddels voert zij een detacheringsopdracht uit bij een gemeente in haar regio als secretaris van de bezwaarschriftencommissie. Een detacheringsopdracht duurt bij juristen gemiddeld 12 tot 18 maanden. Daarna kijken we samen naar een volgende passende opdracht, tenzij de gemeente je langer wil inhuren en jij dat ook wilt. Zit je tussen opdrachten in, dan is er altijd werk in de adviespraktijk: je zit dus nooit zonder opdracht. Werkzaamheden - Opstellen en toetsen van beleid en regelgeving. - Implementeren van nieuwe wet- en regelgeving. - Behandelen van bezwaar- en beroepsprocedures (omgevingsplannen, vergunningverlening, toezicht en handhaving, Woo), inclusief het opstellen van beschikkingen en verweerschriften. - Vertegenwoordigen van de opdrachtgever bij de bestuursrechter. - Optreden als secretaris voor bezwaarschriftencommissies. Wat je meebrengt Minimaal - Afgeronde juridische opleiding op hbo- of wo-niveau. - Inhoudelijke kennis van de Woo en de Awb. - Minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring met het behandelen van Woo-verzoeken.
