Jaarlijks vangen wij honderden huisdieren op en maken onze dierenambulances duizenden ritten voor zwerfdieren, gewonde dieren en dieren die hulp nodig hebben. Achter al dat werk staat een organisatie die goed bestuurd, zorgvuldig georganiseerd en toekomstbestendig moet blijven. Daarom zoeken wij een betrokken en deskundige secretaris voor ons bestuur. 150 vrijwilligers 600+ huisdieren per jaar opgevangen 3.000+ Ritten per jaar voor dieren in nood Over het bestuur Het bestuur van Dierenzorg Zaanstreek bestaat uit meerdere bestuursleden, ieder met een eigen aandachtsgebied. Het bestuur staat op enige afstand van de dagelijkse organisatie, maar is dichtbij genoeg om de algemeen manager en het MT te ondersteunen, te adviseren en richting te geven. Als secretaris ben je binnen het bestuur een belangrijke spil in de voorbereiding, vastlegging en opvolging van besluitvorming. Je helpt het bestuur overzicht houden, bewaakt afspraken en denkt mee over goed bestuur, beleid en organisatieontwikkeling. Je hoeft dit niet alleen te doen. De praktische ondersteuning en correspondentie worden waar mogelijk samen met de organisatie opgepakt. Jij richt je vooral op de bestuurlijke lijn, zorgvuldigheid en voortgang. Wat ga je doen? Als secretaris: - bereid je samen met de voorzitter de bestuursvergaderingen voor; - zorg je dat agenda's, stukken en besluiten overzichtelijk worden vastgelegd; - bewaak je actiepunten, besluiten en opvolging; - denk je mee over goed bestuur, governance en organisatieontwikkeling; - ondersteun je bij de beleidscyclus en bestuurlijke planning; - signaleer je relevante ontwikkelingen op het gebied van wet- en regelgeving; - bewaak je samen met het bestuur dat besluiten zorgvuldig en transparant worden genomen;...
