Wat ga je doen? - Plannen van bestuursvergaderingen (ongeveer 1x per maand). - Samen met de voorzitter de agenda opstellen. - Notuleren van vergaderingen en bijhouden van de afsprakenlijst. - Checken of acties uit de afsprakenlijst worden opgepakt. - E-mails en brieven ontvangen, lezen, doorsturen voor actie of zelf beantwoorden/archiveren. - Subsidies aanvragen. - Administratie van vergunningen (aanvragen en beheren). - Administratieve ondersteuning bij de organisatie van activiteiten. - Relaties onderhouden met gemeente en andere organisaties die actief zijn in de wijk. - Meedenken over de toekomst van de wijkvereniging. Wat breng je mee? - Plannings- en organisatie skills. - Goede schriftelijke vaardigheden. - Ervaring met Word en Excel. - Teamspirit! Tijdsbesteding Je kunt je tijd flexibel indelen, met een gemiddelde tijdsinvestering van ongeveer 2 uur per week. De bestuursvergaderingen zijn maandelijks, behalve in de zomermaanden. Daarnaast zijn er jaarlijks drie overleggen met alle werkgroepen en help je bij de organisatie van de jaarlijkse algemene ledenvergadering.
