Vacature Secretaris bestuur Stichting Mixblik | Rotterdam-West | Onbezoldigd | ongeveer 6 uur per maand | Start: december 2026 Midden in Rotterdam staat een unieke conserveren fabriek. Als je die fabriek binnen stapt merk je meteen dat er iets bijzonders gebeurt. In deze fabriek worden dagelijks mensen opgeleid en de heerlijkste maaltijden bereid. In deze fabriek grijpen mensen kansen en broeit het van de energie, vijf dagen per week! In onze conservenfabriek maken we Senegalese Mafé, ontwikkeld door Oulimata, Turkse Shakshuka en Linzensoep ontwikkeld door wonderkokkin Selda en geurige en kruidige linzenstoof, ontwikkeld door Almaz en Zewde uit Eritrea. De Mixblik maaltijden worden inmiddels door het hele land verkocht. Wij werken samen met veel biologische supermarkt(ketens). Zo vind je onze producten in de Ekoplaza, Odin en bij Crisp in het assortiment. De maaltijden gaan ook de grens over en zijn in heel Vlaanderen te koop bij de Oxfam Wereld Winkels. Voor het bestuur van deze sociale en ondernemende organisatie zoeken we een scherpe, betrokken secretaris met een juridische achtergrond en een sociaal hart. Wat ga je doen? Als secretaris vorm je samen met de voorzitter en penningmeester het driekoppige bestuur. Je vergadert vier keer per jaar (2x fysiek, 2x online) en bent tussentijds sparringpartner voor de directie. Je houd je bezig met: ● Juridische en formele zaken: Je beoordeelt contracten, statuten en plannen en houdt ons scherp op de 'kleine lettertjes'. ● Bestuurlijke verslaglegging: Je zorgt voor accurate notulen en bewaakt de actie- en besluitenlijst. ● Strategisch meedenken: Je denkt mee over onze overgang naar een volledig zelfstandig verdienmodel en zet je kennis en netwerk in voor onze missie.
