Voor de Gemeente Beuningen is FlexIntens op zoek naar een Secretaris Bezwaarschriftencommissie voor 16 uur per week.

De gemeente Beuningen strekt zich uit langs de zuidelijke oever van de Waal en bestaat naast Beuningen uit de dorpen Ewijk, Winssen en Weurt. Samen met ruim 180 collega's werken wij aan een hoge mate van toegankelijkheid richting inwoners.

Binnen de gemeente Beuningen wordt er gewerkt met zelforganiserende teams. Samenwerken, verantwoordelijkheid nemen en flexibiliteit zijn belangrijke kernbegrippen en van groot belang in de organisatie. Opdracht Ben jij juridisch sterk, analytisch en organisatorisch vaardig? Heb je affiniteit met het bestuursrecht en wil je een inhoudelijke bijdrage leveren aan een zorgvuldige en tijdige behandeling van bezwaarschriften? Dan zoeken wij jou als secretaris van de Algemene Kamer van de bezwaarschriftencommissie. Binnen de Algemene Kamer van de bezwaarschriftencommissie worden bezwaarschriften behandeld tegen besluiten op het gebied van onder andere omgeving, milieu en handhaving. Als secretaris ben je verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie en organisatorische ondersteuning van het volledige bezwaarproces. Je schakelt soepel tussen formele en informele procedurele stappen, bewaakt de voortgang en termijnen en fungeert als verbindende schakel tussen de commissie, de organisatie en de bezwaarmaker(s). Concreet omvat de opdracht onder meer: • Samenstellen nieuwe bezwaarschriftencommissie.
