Sectiebouwer / Metaalbewerker Staal - Omgeving Rotterdam - € 2800 - € 4500 - 40 uur Van losse staalonderdelen een perfect passende sectie bouwen? Dat is vakwerk. Voor de bouw van luxe jachten zoeken wij ervaren sectiebouwers / metaalbewerkers staal. Vakmensen die zelfstandig vanaf tekening bouwen en weten dat een paar millimeter het verschil kan maken. Je werkt met relatief dun staal en hoge kwaliteitseisen. Goed kijken, nauwkeurig meten en weten hoe het materiaal zich gedraagt: daar draait het om. Jij bouwt het, tot op de millimeter Als sectiebouwer werk je aan stalen secties die uiteindelijk onderdeel worden van het casco van een luxe jacht. Je krijgt tekeningen, stuklijsten en een bouwpakket met onderdelen en gaat daarmee zelfstandig aan de slag. Je controleert de onderdelen, bepaalt de juiste maatvoering en bouwt de sectie stap voor stap op. Daarbij stel je onderdelen samen, hecht je met beklede elektrode en slijp en snijbrand je waar nodig. Dit is geen grof staalwerk. Je werkt voornamelijk met relatief dun materiaal van maximaal circa 8 tot 10 mm en de toleranties zijn klein. Nauwkeurig meten en controleren hoort daarom continu bij je werk. Hiervoor werk je onder andere met een waterpastoestel en theodoliet. Ook het veilig verplaatsen van onderdelen en lasten met een kraan kan bij je werkzaamheden horen. Je krijgt veel zelfstandigheid. Jij leest de tekening, overziet het werk en weet welke stappen nodig zijn om uiteindelijk een maatvaste en netjes afgewerkte sectie af te leveren.
