Je blijft jezelf ontwikkelen en pakt kansen binnen het programma en de organisatie. Jij doet het Als Kwartiermaker binnen de afdeling Zorg & Welzijn voor Insourcing PGB 2.0 ondersteun je en organiseer je de activiteiten binnen de directie IT voortkomend uit het programma. Je bent lid van het managementteam en werkt samen aan de doelen van de afdeling. Daarnaast onderhoud je contact met partners binnen de SVB, de directie Zorg & Welzijn en externe partijen. Wat je gaat doen: Je vertaalt het programma naar concrete doelen en stuurt hierof. Je stimuleert de ontwikkeling van het programma middels samenwerking en kennisdeling. Je ondersteunt de afdelingsmanager op verschillende thema's. Je ondersteunt de overige managers tien gezien van de richting en impact op de huidige dienstverlening. Je helpt bij de verdere ontwikkeling van de teams tien belangrijke keuzes te maken binnen het insourcingsvraagstuk. Je zorgt ervoor dat de dienstverlening voldoet aan eisen rond architectuur, informatiebeveiliging (IB) en kwaliteitsborging (QA). Je beheert de inzet van personeel en schakelt waar nodig met externe leveranciers vanuit de vraagstukken van het programma. Je werkt binnen de afdeling IT Zorg & Welzijn binnen de directie IT van de SVB. Met vijf IT-afdelingen bouwen en beheren wij systemen - van kleine toepassingen tot oplossingen voor miljoenen ...
