Wij willen de informatie over autisme verbeteren. Daarbij geven we een stem aan mensen met autisme. Autisme Digitaal zoekt een autistische vrijwilliger die overzicht houdt, mensen met elkaar verbindt én mee wil bouwen aan onze online community. Als sectorleider communicatie heb je een centrale rol binnen onze organisatie. Je denkt mee over hoe we communiceren via sociale media, website en andere publiciteit, en helpt ervoor zorgen dat alles goed op elkaar aansluit. Je hoeft het niet allemaal zelf te doen: je werkt samen met drie coördinatoren die ieder hun eigen onderdeel trekken. Wat zijn de taken? • Je houdt overzicht over sociale media, publiciteit en website/ICT. • Je zorgt ervoor dat plannen en ideeën ook echt uitgevoerd worden. • Je denkt mee over hoe Autisme Digitaal zichtbaar en toegankelijk blijft. • Je stemt regelmatig af met de andere teamleiders en coördinatoren. • Je zit online overleggen met coördinatoren voor of notuleert deze (ca. een uur). Wat vragen wij? • Je behoort tot onze doelgroep (je hebt autisme en bent 18+). • Je hebt ervaring met leidinggeven aan een (klein) team. • Je houdt graag overzicht en ondersteunt graag mensen. • Je communiceert duidelijk en prettig. • Je wil je voor langere tijd verbinden aan onze organisatie. • Twijfel je of je aan alles voldoet?
