Solliciteer dan snel op de vacature voor Sectorsecretaris sociale sectoren. Jouw rol: De sociale sectoren zetten zich in voor een sterke, inclusieve en kansrijke stad. Samen werken zij aan maatschappelijke opgaven op het gebied van zorg, gezondheid, participatie, bestaanszekerheid, jeugd, onderwijs, werk en inkomen, zodat iedere Eindhovenaar kan meedoen en zich optimaal kan ontwikkelen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat zowel de agenda van het MT van de sector Sociaal Maatschappelijk Beleid (SMB) als de agenda van het MT Sociale Sectoren goed voorbereid zijn, zodat de juiste besluiten tijdig genomen kunnen worden. Daartoe doe je geregeld inhoudelijke voorstellen, ben je ook het eerste aanspreekpunt voor collega's die een voorstel willen agenderen. Daarnaast help je mee in de organisatie en voorbereiding van Bestuurlijke Overleggen met portefeuillehouders. Je beweegt je met souplesse door de sector en werkt op een coachende manier met een continu kwaliteitsperspectief. Je opereert op het snijvlak van strategie, bestuur en organisatieontwikkeling en draagt bij aan de kwaliteit van bestuurlijke besluitvorming binnen het sociaal domein. - Je bent de sparringpartner en strategisch adviseur van de MT's, sector- en afdelingshoofden - Je bereidt voor en duidt strategische en bestuurlijke vraagstukken - Je doet een kwaliteitstoetsing van MT‑stukken op: - Scherpte van probleemstelling en te nemen besluit; - Explicitering van keuzes, dilemma's en eventuele alternatieven; - Samenhang met andere dossiers (binnen de sectoren of concernbreed); - Bestuurlijke risico's en gevoeligheden - Je voert regie op prioritering en besluitvorming binnen de sector - Wat hoort waar thuis? - Is een stuk/onderwerp rijp voor een MT-besluit? - Je adviseert ...
