Diese Rolle ist ideal für Menschen, die: * Sicherheit verstehen, nicht nur Tools bedienen * Verantwortung für kritische Systeme übernehmen wollen * Schwachstellen erkennen und beheben * strukturiert und analytisch arbeiten * Security auf technischem Top-Niveau umsetzen wollen

Dein Wirkungsbereich bei TOMORIS Als Security Engineer bist du Teil unseres Security & Defense Bereichs und arbeitest direkt an der Absicherung von Kunden- und internen Systemen.

Du arbeitest eng zusammen mit: * CISO * Cyber Defense * Cloud & Infrastructure Teams * Geschäftsführung (bei kritischen Themen)

Deine Aufgaben * Implementierung und Betrieb von Security-Lösungen (Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, Firewalls etc.) * Hardening von Servern, Clients und Cloud-Umgebungen * Umsetzung von Security-Baselines (M365, Azure, On-Prem) * Analyse und Bewertung von Sicherheitsrisiken * Unterstützung bei Incident Response und Security-Events * Überwachung von Systemen und Logs (SIEM, Monitoring) * Durchführung von Security Checks und Audits * Mitarbeit an Security-Konzepten und Architekturen * Dokumentation von Maßnahmen und Standards

Must-Haves * Erfahrung im IT-Security Bereich * Verständnis für Windows, Netzwerke und Cloud (Azure / M365) * Kenntnisse in Security-Technologien (Defender, Firewall, Identity etc.) * Analytisches Denken und strukturierte Arbeitsweise * Verständnis für Risiken und deren Bewertung * Professionelles Deutsch & Englisch

Nice-to-Have * Erfahrung mit Microsoft Defender Suite * Erfahrung mit SIEM (z. B. Microsoft Sentinel) * Kenntnisse in Zero Trust Konzepten * PowerShell / Automatisierung * Zertifizierungen im Security-Bereich

* ST1 Einstiegsstufe: € 3.267 brutto / Monat * ST1 Regelstufe: € 3.954 brutto / Monat * ST1 Erfahrungsstufe: € 4.476 brutto / Monat

Marktrealität: Security Engineers liegen je nach Erfahrung oft zwischen € 3.800 - € 6.000+ brutto / Monat.
