BE PART OF IT. Du verantwortest den Betrieb, die Absicherung und Weiterentwicklung hybrider Microsoft-Infrastrukturen bei unseren Kund:innen. Ob Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft 365 oder Defender XDR - du sorgst gemeinsam mit deinen Kolleg:innen für sichere Architekturen, stabile Services und saubere Security-Standards.

WORK IT * Du betreibst, sicherst und entwickelst hybride Microsoft-Umgebungen - von Active Directory und Entra ID über Exchange bis hin zu Azure und Microsoft 365. Dabei sorgst du für saubere Identitäten, sichere Zugriffe und stabile Systeme * Mit Defender XDR und Sentinel analysierst du Alerts, bearbeitest Incidents, huntest aktiv nach Bedrohungen und stärkst unsere Präventions- und Hardening-Maßnahmen * Du setzt moderne Security-Konzepte wie Conditional Access, MFA, Tiering, Least Privilege und Zero Trust pragmatisch und wirksam um * Du automatisierst Infrastruktur und Security-Themen mit ARM, Bicep oder Terraform und nutzt Monitoring- und Logging-Tools, um Probleme zu erkennen, bevor sie kritisch werden * Du hältst Microsoft-365-Tenants sicher und compliant: von Berechtigungen und Policies bis zu DLP, Sensitivity Labels und Audit Logs * Als Teil unseres 6-köpfigen Teams arbeitest du eng mit Kolleg:innen und Kund:innen zusammen, teilst dein Know-how und treibst unsere Security-Standards aktiv voran

BE IT * Du bringst mehrjährige fachliche Berufserfahrung im Microsoft- und Security-Umfeld mit und weißt, worauf es in stabilen und sicheren Umgebungen ankommt * Microsoft-Umgebungen sind seit mehreren Jahren dein Zuhause - egal ob On-Premises oder in der Cloud * Zero Trust, Least Privilege, JIT und PIM lebst du im Alltag - für dich mehr Standard als Buzzword * Incident Response, Log-Analysen und Security Audits gehören für dich ganz selbstverständlich dazu - strukturiert, analytisch und lösungsorientiert * Teamwork liegt dir: Du kommunizierst klar, arbeitest gerne mit anderen zusammen und bist flexibel - remote genauso wie vor Ort * Stillstand ist nichts für dich - du entwickelst dich fachlich wie persönlich kontinuierlich weiter
