The posting

mann&mouse wurde 2003 gegründet und besteht dennoch seit 1969. Denn ursprünglich war mann&mouse mit 7 Mitarbeitern und Mitarbeiterinnen Teil der TGW Logistics Group. 2003 wurde aus der internen IT-Abteilung ein eigenständiges Unternehmen. Seither agieren wir zu 100 % unabhängig.

Als Security Manager bei mann&mouse bist du zentraler Bestandteil unseres Security Operations Teams. Du verantwortest die Steuerung, Koordination und Weiterentwicklung unserer SOC-Services und fungierst als strategischer Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden.

Dabei verbindest du operative Security-Kompetenz mit Management-Skills und entwickelst gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden deren Sicherheitslandschaft kontinuierlich weiter.

WORK IT

* Steuerung, Management und Reporting der SOC-Tätigkeiten für unsere Kunden

* Qualitätssicherung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Managed-SOC-Services

* Regelmäßige Abstimmung mit Kunden (Service Reviews, Jour Fixes, Management-Reports)

* Beratung zur Weiterentwicklung der Security-Architektur und Sicherheitsstrategie

* Koordination interner Teams sowie externer Partner

* Mitwirkung bei Security-Projekten mit strategischer Relevanz

* Unterstützung bei Incident-Management- und Eskalationsprozessen

BE IT

* Erfahrung im Bereich SOC Management, Security Operations oder Managed Security Services

* Erfahrung im Management von Projekten mit Security-Relevanz

* Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich IT-Security (z. B. SIEM, Incident Response, Threat Detection, NIS2, ISO 27001 etc.)

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten auf Kundenebene

* Analytisches Denken und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Erfahrung im Reporting gegenüber Management-Ebene von Vorteil
