The posting

En tant que Security Officer, vous apportez une expertise en matière de solutions et de dispositifs de sécurité (bâtiment, électronique et procédures) au bénéfice des entités du groupe. Vous coordonnez des pilotes et Proof of Concepts (POC), accompagnez des projets Real Estate/Facility Management liés à la sécurité, réalisez des audits de conformité sur sites (bureaux, centres de tri/MC, IMC et filiales) et contribuez à la sensibilisation ainsi qu'à la formation des utilisateurs.

  • Analyser les besoins et problématiques des clients internes, mener des pré-études et formuler des recommandations argumentées.
  • Concevoir/valider des processus et méthodes de travail, et rédiger des spécifications techniques détaillées (incluant des études de faisabilité).
  • Planifier et organiser les projets : exécution des étapes, identification des risques/obstacles, propositions de solutions.
  • Réaliser des tests opérationnels, POC et piloter des projets pilotes.
  • Assurer la communication et le reporting : diffusion d'information, présentations d'avancement, notes techniques.
  • Contrôler et vérifier la conformité : validation de plans d'aménagement, contrôles terrain, recommandations et suivi d'actions de remédiation.
  • Former et sensibiliser les utilisateurs aux normes, valeurs et bonnes pratiques de sécurité.
  • Formation : Master (ou expérience équivalente).
  • Expérience : minimum 3 ans d'expérience pertinente.
  • Langues : bonne connaissance de la 2e langue nationale ; connaissance de base de l'anglais.
  • Compétences techniques : connaissance approfondie des sous-domaines sécurité (alarme, CCTV, contrôle d'accès, etc.) ; bonnes bases en gestion de projet ; connaissance d'outils tels qu'AutoCAD, Unipass ainsi que logiciels d'upload/download.
  • Conformité : permis/agrément « sécurité privée » requis pour l'installation de systèmes d'alarme et CCTV (selon législation applicable).
  • Compétences personnelles : analyse et esprit de synthèse, rigueur, sens du service client interne, communication claire, capacité à collaborer et à influencer (y compris avec fournisseurs/consultants).
  • Mobilité : fonction mobile avec déplacements sur sites (risque routier à prendre en compte).
