Als Security Operations Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van de veiligheid, stabiliteit en toekomstbestendigheid van bedrijfskritische netwerken. Je houdt je bezig met het monitoren van netwerkomgevingen, het oplossen van complexe incidenten, het uitvoeren van diepgaande analyses en het implementeren van verbeteringen. Je werkt met moderne technologieën zoals Fortinet en Cisco, clustering, SD-WAN en diverse securityoplossingen. Je krijgt veel zelfstandigheid in het voorbereiden en uitvoeren van wijzigingen en werkt met tools als FortiManager, Logic Monitoring, Ansible en Git. Samen met een team van ervaren engineers werk je aan het optimaliseren van netwerken en het verhogen van de digitale weerbaarheid van organisaties. Je krijgt volop mogelijkheden om je verder te ontwikkelen richting specialisaties zoals security, architectuur of automatisering. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Ervaring met Fortinet-oplossingen en Cisco networking/security - Certificeringen zoals NSE4, NSE5, NSE7, CCNP Enterprise, CCNP Security of vergelijkbaar zijn een pre - Afgeronde opleiding op hbo-niveau of vergelijkbaar werk- en denkniveau - Kennis van routing & switching en enterprise netwerkbeheer - Analytisch, oplossingsgericht en communicatief vaardig - Ervaring met security- en netwerkbeheer op medior niveau - Bekend met het uitvoeren van changes en migraties in complexe omgevingen - Teamspeler die graag kennis deelt en samenwerkt - Ervaring met incident- en probleemanalyse Functieoverzicht .
