Blijf sterk in je werk - Mentaal gezond in je werk - SEH-arts Radboudumc zoekt een SEH-arts Functie Het Radboudumc zoekt een enthousiaste SEH-arts die het een uitdaging vindt om in een toonaangevende academische setting en level I traumacentrum te werken. Op de afdeling SEH van het Radboudumc verzorgen wij een 24-uurs bezetting met SEH-artsen. Voor de uitbreiding van ons team zijn we op zoek naar een SEH-arts die deze spilfunctie wil vervullen en met ons onze visie binnen de academische taakstelling verder wil ontwikkelen. Daarbij staan patiëntenzorg, onderzoek, onderwijs en opleiding centraal. Acute zorg is een belangrijk thema van het Radboudumc. Samen met de intensive care, acute opname afdeling, anesthesiologie, mobiel medisch team en het operatiekamercomplex vormen wij een sterke acute as in het Centrum voor Acute en Intensieve Zorg. Het centrum speelt regionaal een toonaangevende rol. Als SEH-arts ben je verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie en bewaking van de medische zorg op de SEH. Je werkt op een inspirerende en enthousiaste wijze samen in het team van de SEH en met andere medisch specialisten. Daarnaast speel je een actieve rol in de verdere ontwikkeling en professionalisering van de afdeling en het centrum. De visie daarbij is het verder brengen van het academisch profiel van de spoedeisende geneeskunde, excellerend op alle vier de kerntaken. We doen dit nadrukkelijk samen met het verpleegkundig domein binnen het Radboudumc en in netwerkvorming regionaal en landelijk. Je fungeert als rolmodel en bent direct betrokken bij de begeleiding van en het geven van onderwijs en supervisie aan arts-assistenten, physician assistants, (senior)coassistenten en SEH-verpleegkundigen. Er is op de werkvloer ruime aandacht voor PSA, locoregionale pijnblokkade en spoedechografie. Je hebt een coördinerende en superviserende rol bij de opvang van het vitaal bedreigde kind, de (neuro)traumapatiënt, de reanimatiepatiënt, de trombolyse...
