SEH-arts ZGT , Almelo Vakgebied Artsen Functie SEH-arts Branche Ziekenhuis Aanstelling Vaste aanstelling Plaatsingsdatum 20 August 2026 Niveau WO Ervaring Niet nader bepaald Dienstverband Niet nader bepaald Als SEH-arts ben je het middelpunt van de acute zorg in ZGT, locatie Almelo. Je ziet dagelijks patiënten van alle specialismen; verwezen en onverwezen (1-2% zelfverwijzers). Je hebt samen met de verpleegkundige de regie op de SEH en coördineert de patiëntenstroom op de werkvloer. Daarnaast superviseer je ANIOS en geef je directe patiëntenzorg. We werken overdag en 's avonds (vooralsnog) zonder nachtdiensten en je werkt gemiddeld één weekend per maand. Een werkdag kan bestaan uit: - Het opvangen van traumapatiënten (traumacentrum level 2). - Het leiden van een OHCA. - PSA en/of POCUS. - Het superviseren van een ANIOS bij een complexe casus. - Het ontwikkelen van plannen voor onze toekomstige volledig nieuwe SEH (2028). - Onderwijs geven (we zijn erg onderwijs minded). Je wordt onderdeel van een enthousiast en hecht team en kunt bouwen op jouw directe collega's: - 4 SEH-artsen en 1 internist acute geneeskunde. - 3 VS/PA en nog eens 3 in opleiding. - 16 ANIOS SEH, 2 HAIO's en (oudste) coassistenten. De functie van medisch manager SEH, medisch manager ambulancedienst, huisartsen- en co-assistenten opleider wordt vervuld door een SEH-arts. Onze vakgroep heeft een sterke positie binnen het ziekenhuis die wordt gedragen door zowel de medische staf als de Raad van Bestuur. De vakgroep is daarnaast volwaardig lid van de Coöperatie Specialisten (CMS). Waarom Twente?
