Maar hecht je ook veel waarde aan korte lijnen, humor en een fijne werksfeer? Zoek jij als SEH-verpleegkundige afwisseling op onze level 2 én 3 Spoed, de drukste van de regio? En zie jij jezelf al helemaal werken op onze gloednieuwe Spoedpleinen? Dan is de vacature SEH-verpleegkundige in ons ziekenhuis vast iets voor jou! De functie Ruim 50.000 patiënten op jaarbasis, met allemaal verschillende zorgzwaarte, specialismen en complexiteit... de Spoedpleinen op onze beide ziekenhuislocaties zijn daarmee niet alleen de drukste in de regio, maar misschien ook wel de meest uitdagende! Ons Spoedplein Rotterdam Noord heeft 17 behandelplaatsen, en een eigen CT-scanner. Daarnaast hebben wij een Observatorium. Ons Spoedplein Schiedam heeft 13 behandelplaatsen. Echografie is mogelijk bij ons op de SEH én wij hebben een acute kinderbehandelkamer. Werken als SEH-verpleegkundige bij Franciscus betekent: - Werken in een topklinisch opleidingsziekenhuis. Reken dus op specialistische zorg en focus op leren, opleiden, innovatie en onderzoek. - Werken in een innovatieve omgeving. Zo hebben wij op beide locaties een leerunit en ontvangen wij kinderen in een speciale acute kinderbehandelkamer. - 24/7 samenwerken met onze SEH-artsen. Dat is fijn, want zo kun je altijd even sparren. Ook werken wij samen met acute internisten. - Veel vrijheid krijgen om mee te denken over het beleid of extra handelingen uit te voeren zoals echogeleid prikken. - Zelf roosteren, samen met je team. Zo werken we aan een goede werk en privé balans. - Dat je jouw baan ook kunt combineren met het werken als IC-verpleegkundige. Onze gloednieuwe Spoedpleinen Ons gloednieuwe Spoedplein Rotterdam Noord is onlangs geopend. Hier werken de zorgprofessionals van de SEH en Huisa...
