Wir sind eine etablierte mittelgroße Anwaltskanzlei in der Seestadt Aspern (22. Bezirk) mit einem Team von acht hochmotivierten KollegInnen. Unser Schwerpunkt liegt auf der ganzheitlichen Betreuung unserer MandantInnen in den Bereichen Zivilrecht, Strafrecht und Verwaltungsrecht. Bei uns verbinden sich Tradition und moderne Arbeitsmethoden, und wir legen Wert auf ein offenes, unterstützendes Arbeitsumfeld. 1 Sekretär/in (Büro/Verwaltung) Deine Mission

- Du bist das organisatorische Herzstück der Kanzlei und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Tagesgeschäft.

- Als Ansprechpartner:in für das Team hast du stets ein offenes Ohr und bringst frischen Wind in unsere internen Prozesse.

- Du optimierst Workflows und hast Ideen, wie wir noch effizienter werden können.

- Die Finanzen? In deinen Händen sind sie sicher - von der Budgetplanung bis zur Abrechnung.

- Du behältst Deadlines im Blick, überwachst Fristen und unterstützt das Team, wenn es mal stressig wird.

Das bringst du mit

- Organisationsprofi: Du liebst es, den Überblick zu behalten und findest für jedes Problem eine Lösung.

- Teamplayer: Du bist empathisch, durchsetzungsstark und motivierend - perfekt, um unser Team zu leiten.

- Erfahrung: Idealerweise hast du schon in einer Kanzlei gearbeitet oder bringst einschlägige Erfahrung aus anderen Organisationen mit.

- Digitale Skills: Tools wie MS Office, JurXpert und Co. sind für dich kein Neuland.
