Sekretär in der Radiologie (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben Sie sind verantwortlich für den Empfang der Patienten, die Terminplanung, die Verwaltung der medizinischen Akte und das Tippen von diktierten Berichten.

Patientenaufnahme - Empfang und administrative Aufnahme der Patienten, Prüfung von Identität, Versicherung und Unterlagen sowie Information über den Untersuchungsablauf.

Terminverwaltung - Koordination und Organisation der Untersuchungstermine einschließlich Absagen, Priorisierungen sowie Raum- und Personalplanung

Administrative Verwaltung der Patientenakten - Anlage, Verwaltung und Aktualisierung der Patientenakten sowie Vorbereitung und Archivierung der erforderlichen Dokumente und Untersuchungsunterlagen

Schnittstelle zu den medizinischen Fachkräften - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten und medizinischem Fachpersonal zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Patientenflusses und einer effizienten Kommunikation

Zusätzliche Aufgaben - Bearbeitung von Anfragen, Mitwirkung an internen Verfahren sowie Beitrag zu Servicequalität und Patientenzufriedenheit

Ihr Profil - Ausbildung im medizinischen Sekretariatswesen oder gleichwertige Berufserfahrung. - Sehr gute Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Kenntnisse der medizinischen Terminologie oder Bereitschaft, diese zu erwerben. - Sicherer Umgang mit IT-Anwendungen, idealerweise mit medizinischen Systemen wie RIS oder elektronischer Patientenakte. - Organisationstalent, Selbstständigkeit und Stressresistenz, auch bei Notfällen, hohem Patientenaufkommen und gleichzeitig anfallenden Anfragen, sowie ausgeprägte Patienten- und Serviceorientierung, Diskretion und professionnelles Auftreten.
