Im Ausmaß von 38,5 Wochenstunden

Aufgaben

* Artikelanlage und Stammdatenpflege in unserem Warenwirtschaftssystem

* Reiseplanung und -koordination

* Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten, Filialen sowie internen Abteilungen

* Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Einkauf, Marketing und Disposition

* Allgemeine Bürotätigkeiten

Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK/HBLW-Matura oder LAP)

* Gute Englischkenntnisse

* Gute MS Office Kenntnisse

* Verantwortungsvoller Umgang mit vertraulichen Informationen

* Teamfähig und verantwortungsbewusst

* Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Organisationstalent

* Genaue und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
