Die Wahlarztordination von Dr. Klaus Abraham, Kinderneurologe, sucht eine zuverlässige und serviceorientierte Unterstützung für den Kundenempfang und die Terminorganisation auf geringfügiger Basis. 1 Sekretär/in für Kundenempfang Ihre Arbeitszeiten

* Dienstag und Mittwoch: jeweils 15:00 bis 19:00 Uhr in der Ordination

* Montag und Freitag: ca. 1 Stunde flexibel im Homeoffice

* Gesamtumfang: geringfügige Beschäftigung

Ihre Aufgaben

* Freundlicher Empfang von Patient:innen und Angehörigen

* Telefonische Unterstützung bei Online-Terminreservierungen

* Koordination und Verwaltung von Terminen

* Bearbeitung und Beantwortung von E-Mails

* Allgemeine organisatorische und administrative Tätigkeiten

* Unterstützung eines reibungslosen Ordinationsablaufs

Das bringen Sie mit

* Entsprechend gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Gute PC-Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit E-Mail und Internet

* Freundliches, professionelles Auftreten

* Organisationstalent und verlässliche Arbeitsweise

* Diskretion und Genauigkeit

* Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen

Medizinische Vorkenntnisse sind nicht erforderlich.
