Das wird Ihr Aufgabengebiet

Als Mitarbeiter:in im Sekretariat der Mobilen Frühförderung sind Sie eine zentrale organisatorische Schnittstelle im Bereich. Sie sorgen dafür, dass im Hintergrund alles rundläuft und sind eine verlässliche Ansprechperson für Klient:innen und externe Partner:innen. Mit Ihrer Organisationstalent schaffen Sie den Rahmen, in dem sich das Team ganz auf die Arbeit mit den Familien konzentrieren kann.

* Sie organisieren den Büro- und Standortalltag und haben dabei stets das große Ganze im Blick.

* Sie sind die erste Anlaufstelle für Klient:innen und übernehmen telefonische Erstkontakte, Terminvereinbarungen sowie weitere organisatorische Anliegen.

* Sie unterstützen das Team bei administrativen Aufgaben, insbesondere bei der Klient:innenadministration und der Eingabe von Erstkontakten in die Datenbank.

* Sie führen die Handkassa und bearbeiten Ausgaben der Frühförder:innen, insbesondere für Spiel- und Arbeitsmaterialien.

Das bringen Sie mit

Organisationstalent und ein freundliches Auftreten sind Ihre Basis - Verlässlichkeit und Teamgeist Ihre Stärke.

* Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK/HAS, HLA, o.ä.) und Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position.

* Sie bringen Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Datenbanken sowie sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse mit.

* Sie haben sehr gute Rechtschreibkenntnisse sowie fundierte Erfahrung im Schriftverkehr.

* Sie arbeiten selbständig, können vernetzt denken und zählen ein hohes Organisationsgeschick zu Ihren Stärken.

* Sie zeichnen sich durch hohe Kommunikationskompetenz, Teamgeist und Diskretion aus.

Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt auf Basis von Vollzeitbeschäftigung (37 WStd.) beträgt ab € 2.867,20 brutto pro Monat laut SWÖ-KV. Ihr genaues Gehalt hängt von den anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten ab.
