Aufgaben und Tätigkeiten

Unterstützung der Hauptsekretärinnen bei:

Personalangelegenheiten und Verwaltungsangelegenheiten

Schreibarbeiten

Erfordernisse

1) die österreichische Staatsbürgerschaft oder uneingeschränkten Zugang zum österreichischen Arbeitsmarkt

2) die volle Handlungsfähigkeit, ausgenommen ihre Beschränkung wegen Minderjährigkeit, Unbescholtenheit

3) Lehrabschlussprüfung (vorzugsweise Verwaltungsassistent_in oder Bürokauffrau/Mann)

4) sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse

5) soziale Kompetenz (Teamgeist, Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegenschaft)

6) soziale Kompetenz auch im Umgang mit Schüler_Innen und Lehrer_Innen

Gleichbehandlungsklausel
