Ongeacht jouw ervaring, wij kijken naar jouw potentieel en wat jij kunt bijdragen! Corporate Recruiter (middenvelder) - Noord-Brabant Je kent het recruitmentvak. Hoe je een vacature goed doorgrondt, kandidaten benadert, gesprekken voert en met hiring managers schakelt, hoeven we je niet meer uit te leggen. Bij De Selectie werk je binnen verschillende organisaties. Soms zelfstandig, soms in een RPO-team met andere corporate recruiters en recruitment marketeers, waarbij we recruitment voor een organisatie grotendeels of volledig verzorgen. Altijd vanuit de organisatie zelf. Je werkt in de systemen van de klant en schakelt rechtstreeks met hiring managers. Jij bent de recruitmentspecialist bij de opdrachtgever! Wat je doet als Corporate Recruiter bij De Selectie · je begeleidt vacatures van intake tot aanbod en schrijft vacatureteksten die passen bij de doelgroep; · je sourcet actief kandidaten en houdt grip op lopende processen; · je schakelt dagelijks met hiring managers en kandidaten; · je bepaalt per vacature welke aanpak nodig is; · je bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt dat kandidaten en hiring managers weten waar ze aan toe zijn. Daarbij kijk je verder dan alleen die ene vacature. Komen er te weinig kandidaten binnen? Loopt het proces te langzaam? Klopt de doelgroep of propositie niet? Dan signaleer je dat en pas je de aanpak aan. Het zwaartepunt ligt bij de operatie, met ruimte om uit te zoomen, te adviseren en je verder te ontwikkelen.
