Game, set, match!" Als Corporate Recruiter (middenvelder) bij De Selectie help je klanten van ad hoc naar strategisch recruitment. Jij begrijpt niet alleen de inhoud, maar vooral de context van jouw werk. Je schakelt met stakeholders, neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor het proces en weet precies wanneer je moet doorpakken. Of je nu samenwerkt in een RPO-team of op een interim opdracht of project zit, je weet: waar jij binnenkomt, ben je nodig. En je weet wat je moet doen. Wij gaan er van uit dat we een corporate recruiter met ervaring niet hoeven uit te leggen hoe het recruitmentproces werkt. Jij kent het vak. Wat je van ons mag verwachten?
